Senior meals

For the week of Sept. 10-14

Monday – Cornflake chicken, diced sweet potatoes, vegetables, biscuit, fruit cocktail.

Tuesday – Tuna salad on a bun with lettuce and tomato, carrot raisin salad, three bean salad, banana half, chocolate chip cookie.

Wednesday – Pork cutlet with gravy, au gratin potatoes, vegetables, breadstick, angel food cake with berries and whipped topping.

Thursday – Chicken fettuccini alfredo, tossed salad with dressing, green beans almondine, French bread, Mandarin oranges.

Friday – Swiss steak with gravy, roasted red potatoes, vegetables, rye bread, melon cup.

Salad Menu – Opportunity and Hillyard locations, Tuesdays only: Chicken Caesar salad, three bean salad, banana half, dinner roll, chocolate chip cookie.
