Central Idaho man charged in killing

TWIN FALLS – A central Idaho man has been charged with first-degree murder and kidnapping, and police are looking for a second man after finding the decomposing body of a man in a garage.

John Henry McElhiney, 31, of Hailey, was charged Thursday in Fifth District Court and was being held in the Twin Falls County Jail with no bond.
