The wrong date was listed for Spring Opera Studies class in the 7 section Friday because of a clerical error. The event occurred April 5.

Raceway acres, names wrong

The number of acres purchased by Spokane County in an auction of Spokane Raceway Park was incorrect in an article in Friday’s newspaper, due to an editing error. Spokane County purchased four parcels totaling 315 acres. Also in that story and an accompanying graphic, Walter Knopp’s name was misspelled, due to incorrect information provided to the newspaper, and CPM Development Corp. was misspelled, due to a reporter’s error. Knopp and CPM were successful bidders on some parcels.
