Digg uncovers hot tech stories

The online site Digg tries to track the Web’s hot tech stories using a user-voting method much like many other sites do.

Just head to http://digg.com/news/ technology and you have the choice of current most popular, past 24 hours, past week or past month’s leading stories.

The story cited most often there, in the past week, is from the U.K., about claims that a new version of the Internet will be 10,000 times faster than what we now have.
