Gardenfork.tv is a video podcast if you’re looking for a weekly visual how-to program to add to your Zune, iPod or other portable device. The focus is gardening, cooking and keeping your house and garden tools in good repair. Its friendly host, Eric Rochow, just takes off on a weekly topic, themed to something occurring seasonally.

Shows run about 10 minutes or less, and the quality is good but not staggering. Special effects? Not used at all, since Gardenfork.tv is meant to be a down-to-earth podcast. One gets the idea that Rochow just wings it, not using a script. And it works well for this topic.

Recipes are offered with most podcasts.
