Betsy Walter exchanged wedding vows with Keith Russell in an outdoor ceremony Sept. 9 at Fort Worden in Port Townsend, Wash.

The bride is the daughter of Forey and Barbara Walter, Spokane. The groom is the son of Tom and Shari Russell, Tacoma.

A reception was held at the wedding site. The couple are living in Seattle after a honeymoon in Hawaii.

The bride is a graduate of the University of Washington, and works as a study director at Shin Nippon Biomedical Laboratories USA. The groom, a graduate of Central Washington University, is a graphic designer at Coolstone Design Works Inc.
