The marriage didn’t last all that long, but for the Elvis Presley faithful, the wedding day is special still.

And now, Elvis fans have the official Elvis and Priscilla wedding dolls to remind them of that magical time.

“This is just another way he’s making history, and we want to be part of it,” said Angel Durham, who waited all night outside a Graceland souvenir shop to be the first to hand over $65 for a boxed set of the dolls, the newest additions to Mattel’s Barbie series.

Durham, 38, of Whitney, Texas, was at the front of about 150 Elvis fans lined up to witness Tuesday’s official unveiling of the dolls, staged as part of Graceland’s annual weeklong fan pilgrimage to mark the anniversary of Presley’s death on Aug. 16, 1977.

They were treated to slices of wedding cake, and orange juice served in champagne glasses.

The dolls were designed from photos of the wedding. The groom sports a black paisley tuxedo while the bride wears a white beaded gown and rhinestone tiara.

The couple married in Las Vegas on May 1, 1967, but had split up by early 1972.

Sister inaction?

Speaking of inanimate objects, Paris Hilton didn’t do enough to promote a 2006 sorority comedy film, according to a new lawsuit.

Worldwide Entertainment Group alleges the 27-year-old model/actress/heiress owes $75,000 in damages for not fulfilling promotional obligations for “National Lampoon’s Pledge This!”

She starred in the film and received credit as an executive producer.

Hunka burnin’ mad

And speaking of Elvis, daughter Lisa Marie Presley, who’s expecting twins, bares her tummy in a photo spread in the September issue of Marie Claire.

Presley says she decided to do the spread to get back at gossipers who claimed, early in her pregnancy, that she looked fat and gross.

“They want me to be him,” she says of her father. “It’s like they can’t wait.”

Presley claims that the tabloids altered photos of her to make her look fat.

Babies one more time

Britney Spears tells OK! magazine she’s looking forward to her two sons meeting their new cousin, the daughter of her younger sister, Jamie Lynn Spears.

“ I’m sure the boys will be like big brothers to Maddie,” Spears says.

Spears adds she was a bit “shocked” while visiting 17-year-old Jamie Lynn in the hospital.

“That was special, but it also was strange because she’s always been the baby, and now the baby was having a baby,” she says.
