Train-car collision ties up traffic in Spokane Valley

The Washington State Patrol responded to a train-car collision at Pines Road and Montgomery Avenue in Spokane Valley this afternoon. No one was injured in the 4:32 p.m. crash, but the intersection was closed for several hours because it was blocked by the train.
