For the week of Feb. 4-8
Monday – Italian-style veal with ziti, vegetables, peas, garlic breadstick, blushing pears.
Tuesday – Meatloaf with gravy, mashed potatoes, green beans almondine, pineapple tidbits, dinner roll, butterscotch pudding.
Wednesday – Fish patty with tartar, au gratin potatoes, vegetables, raisin bread, blueberry crisp.
Thursday – Roast pork with gravy, whipped sweet potatoes, vegetables, potato roll, peaches.
Friday – Lemon chicken, vegetables, cauliflower, wheat bread, fruit cocktail.
Salad Menu – Tuesdays (Opportunity and Hillyard locations only) Cajun salmon salad, green beans almondine, pineapple tidbits, dinner roll, butterscotch pudding.
