Muscular Dystrophy Association – Offers free support groups for individuals and their families affected by neuromuscular diseases, including muscular dystrophy, myasthenia gravis, spinal muscular atrophy and amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, on the second Thursday of the month, 3-5 p.m., 140 S.
