Robyn Hemenway exchanged wedding vows with James “Scott” Proctor in a Nov. 9 ceremony at Moran Prairie Grange.

The bride is the daughter of Karol Rhodes, Yuba City, Calif., and Donivon Hemenway, Rose, Okla. Janet Morita, Dayton, Wash., and James Proctor, Modesto, Calif., are the parents of the groom.

A reception was held at the wedding site. The couple are living in Spokane after a honeymoon in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.

A graduate of Eastern Washington University, the bride works as a financial services specialist with the state of Washington. The groom, also a graduate of EWU, is a social worker with the state of Washington.
