Police blotter

Coeur d’Alene police

Nick Jacquot reported Wednesday the $5,200 theft of a hookah pipe, two guitars and accessories, computer and monitor from his home on the 1000 block of N. Second Street.

Clarissa Gouge reported Sunday the $1,550 theft of a laptop computer when it was loaned to an acquaintance and not returned to her home on the 100 block of Anton Avenue.

Kootenai County sheriff

Kathy Denson, Hayden, reported Thursday the $400 theft of a rifle from her home on the 10700 block of N. Ash St.

Jessica Sherman, Post Falls, reported Thursday $300 damage to the rear window of a 1994 Nissan Altima at her home on the 8900 block of Ante Road.

Deborah Kutzian, manager of Quik Cash, reported Thursday the $850 theft of cash when a counterfeit money order was cashed at the business at 285 W. Hayden Ave.
