Timothy Hill graduates from Officer Candidate School

Ensign Timothy Hill of Spokane graduated from Officer Candidate School in Pensacola, Fla., recently. He is the son of Thomas and Theresa Hill and graduated from East Valley High School in 2002.

•Jason Skillingstad of Spokane Valley graduated from the Marine Corps Recruit Depot in San Diego. He is a 2007 graduate of West Valley High School and the son of Thomas and Annette Conant of Spokane Valley.

•Pvt. Jacob Dutton graduated from basic training at Fort Leonard Wood, Mo. Dutton is a senior at Deer Park High School and the son of Dan and Laurie Dutton of Deer Park.

•Two area residents recently graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio.

Air National Guard Airman 1st Class Jeremy Flinders is the son of Jeff Flinders of Moses Lake and Jean Flinders of Spokane.

Air Force Airman Andrew Robinson is the son of Kenneth and Barbara Robinson of Davenport, Wash., and is a 2004 graduate of Davenport High School.

•Bruce Neely, M.D., was promoted to colonel in the Air Force Reserve. He graduated from Lewis and Clark High School in 1984 and is the son of Gerald and Vicki Neely of Coeur d’Alene.
