The marriage of Tamara Gower and John Moir was celebrated in a July 27 ceremony at The Idaho Club in Hope, Idaho.

Richard and Jan Gower, Spokane, are parents of the bride. The groom is the son of John Moir and Yudy Moir, Everett.

A reception at the wedding site followed the ceremony. The couple are living in Everett after a honeymoon in British Columbia.

The bride graduated from Colorado College and Antioch University and works as a teacher at Henry M. Jackson High School in Mill Creek, Wash. A graduate of Central Washington University, the groom is employed as a teacher at Archbishop Murphy High School in Everett.
