Estimated starting wages for entry-level jobs in the Idaho Panhandle:

Job	Hourly wage
Fast food jobs	$7 to $9
Retail sales clerks	$6.75 to $9
Waiter/waitress	$3.35 *
Landscape laborer	$9 to $12
Manufacturing assembly	$8.50 to $10
Call center customer service representative	$9 and up
Housekeeper/cleaner	$7 to $8

*Average wage for waiter or waitress works out to $7.50 per hour with tips.
