Kyle Miller scored a game-high 19 points to guide Cheney to a 59-51 victory over Medical Lake in a Great Northern League game Tuesday in Cheney.

Laikyn Brophy chipped in 13 points for the Blackhawks (4-5, 2-1), who led by five points at halftime.

Miller had six points and Sarah Dixon five as Cheney opened the second half with a 13-4 run.

The Cardinals (3-6, 1-2) were led by Gabrielle Daily, who scored 18 points.

Elsewhere in the GNL, Clarkston started strong and cruised past visiting Deer Park 61-37. Kellie McCann-Smith led all players with 18 points to lead the Bantams (4-5, 1-3), who outscored the Stags 18-4 in the first quarter and led by 22 points at the half. Melissa Brown had a team-high 11 points for Deer Park (1-9, 1-3).

Whitney Heleker scored 14 points and Sadie Simon added 11 as Coeur d’Alene routed Lakeland 68-23 in an Inland Empire League game in Coeur d’Alene. Carli Rosenthal chipped in eight points and six rebounds for the Vikings (14-1, 8-0), who outscored the Hawks (3-11, 1-6) 35-9 in the second half. … Also in the IEL, Katie Baker scored a game-high 25 points and grabbed seven rebounds to lead Lake City to a 54-26 victory over host Sandpoint. Jacie Estes added 12 points for the Timberwolves (12-3, 7-2), who led 28-11 at the half. Alissa Tenuto tallied a team-high 12 point for the Bulldogs (6-9, 2-5). … Nicole Reed scored 15 points and Kiki Edwards-Teasley added 10 as Lewiston beat visiting Moscow 59-33. The Bengals (6-9, 4-4) outscored the Bears 20-5 in the third quarter to take a 25-point lead into the fourth. Chantel Divilbiss had 15 points and Sarah Redinger added 10 for Moscow (0-15, 0-8).

Ashley Carrell scored 10 points to lead Freeman (13-0, 3-0) to a 42-39 Northeast A League victory over Lakeside in Nine Mile Falls. Aleesha Denney had 11 points to lead the Eagles (7-6, 1-2).

•Northwest Christian started well and used aggressive defense to beat visiting Lind-Ritzville 42-16 in a Bi-County League game. Hayley Hendricksen had 14 points and eight rebounds and Taryn Russel added 12 points to lead the Crusaders (9-3, 8-0), who outscored the Broncos (9-3, 6-2) 14-3 in the first quarter. … In other league games, Brook Ferderer scored 19 points and pulled down 13 rebounds as Reardan topped host Davenport 57-38. Ashtin Jeney added 10 points for the Indians (8-4, 6-2), who led 36-13 at the half. Davie Hannemann and Mariah Mielke tossed in 10 points apiece for the Gorillas (5-7, 3-5). … Nikki Osborne scored 14 points and Megan Osborne added 10 points and eight rebounds as Almira/Coulee-Hartline (8-5, 4-4) defeated visiting Valley Christian 44-39. Brittany Croft had 14 points and Katie Worley added 13 to lead the Panthers (0-13, 0-9). … Odessa’s game against Liberty was postponed because of snow. A makeup date has not been announced.

Chessey Thomas scored 19 points and grabbed five rebounds to lead St. George’s (12-1, 7-0) to a 50-30 Panorama League win over visiting St. Michael’s. Katie Drass led St. Michael’s (2-10, 1-7) with 16 points. … Elsewhere in the league, Maria Villegas scored 15 points and dished out six assists as host Selkirk (6-6, 6-2) defeated Inchelium 43-32 in Ione. Kayla Flett tossed in nine points to lead the Hornets (5-6, 2-5). … Niquie Ali scored 22 points and Shelby LeBret added 21 as Wellpinit edged visiting Northport 64-58. The Redskins (3-10, 3-5) outscored the Mustangs 24-10 in the fourth quarter to erase an eight-point deficit. Kaprina Goodwin led Northport (5-9, 5-6) with a game-high 30 points. … Sara Taulaki scored 15 points to lead Springdale to a 44-40 victory over host Cusick. Shelbea Rainbolt had 11 points and Holly Howard chipped in 10 for the Chargers (10-4, 8-2), who outscored the Panthers (8-3, 5-2) 17-3 in the first quarter.

•Tekoa-Oakesdale built a big first-half lead and cruised past Garfield-Palouse 47-18 in a Whitman County League game in Oakesdale. Shelby Puckett tossed in 16 points to lead the Nighthawks (7-5, 3-1). Garfield-Palouse (9-2, 3-2) was led by Elisha Lopez, who scored 11 points. … Rosalia’s game at LaCrosse-Washtucna was postponed by weather conditions and will be made up Jan. 29. No makeup date has been announced for Sprague-Harrington’s game at St. John-Endicott, which was also postponed.

Tabitha Clark scored a game-high 14 points to lead Priest River to a 59-41 Intermountain League victory over visiting St. Maries. Taylor Stewart added 13 points, eight of which came in the second quarter, and Melissa Hopkins chipped in 12 points and nine rebounds for the Spartans (13-1, 2-0), who outscored the Lumberjacks 35-19 in the first half. Darbie Shelden tossed in a team-high 13 points for St. Maries (8-5, 1-2). … Elsewhere in the league, Camille Roberts scored 12 points and grabbed eight rebounds and Samantha Kelly and Jamie Greensky added 11 points apiece as Bonners Ferry (7-7, 1-1) beat visiting Timberlake 53-40. Cassie Thompson scored a game-high 17 points to lead Timberlake (5-8, 0-3).
