Kelli Millard exchanged wedding vows with Vance True in an Aug. 19 ceremony at Mirabeau Park Falls.

The bride is the daughter of Don and Lynda Congrove, Spokane. The groom is the son of Wayne and Jan True, Moses Lake, and Jim and Anita Ehli, Spokane.

A reception was held at the wedding site. The couple are living in Spokane after taking a Western Caribbean honeymoon cruise.

The bride is a graduate of Spokane Community College and works as an assistant nurse manager at Sacred Heart Medical Center. The groom is employed as a Kenworth Sales Co. parts representative.
