Your CMTV wants you

So, you’ve always wanted to have your work shown on television?

If you’re a visual artist or musician in the Inland Northwest, that could just happen, thanks to Community-Minded TV (CMTV).

CMTV, which programs Comcast community cable channel 14 in Spokane, is seeking submissions of visual art and orginally composed and performed music.

Some will be selected to air as “Artist Showcase” segments during times not regularly scheduled with other programming. Visual art slide shows will be paired with copyright-free music, at CMTV’s discretion.

Submissions should be delivered to the station, 25 W. Main Ave., on CDs or DVDs, in JPEG or TIF files for visual material and MP3 for audio files. No e-mailed materials will be accepted.

All contributors will be credited by name and e-mail (or Web address). Participants should live within a 100-mile radius of Spokane County.

For more information, contact Jill Johnson, CMTV Marketing and Programming Coordinator, at (509) 444-3381 or jillj@community-minded.org.
