Leifer-Wilbert

Jennifer Wilbert and Brandon Leifer, both of Spokane, plan to marry Dec. 5 in Grand Junction, Colo.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Riney and Chrystle Wilbert, Richland, and the late Josie Wilbert. Mike and Mitzi Leifer, Olympia, are the parents of the groom-to-be.

A graduate of Eastern Washington University, Wilbert works as a biochemist at Hollister-Stier Laboratories in Spokane. Leifer, who graduated from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University in Prescott, Ariz., is an instructor pilot in the Air Force.

DeWeerd-Whitney

Jordan Whitney and Ian DeWeerd, both of Lynnwood, Wash., plan to marry Feb. 28.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Marc and Bekki Whitney, Spokane Valley. John DeWeerd and Irene Totorica, Sparks, Nev., are the parents of the groom-to-be.

A student at the University of Washington, Whitney is a sales assistant at Sheraton Seattle Hotel. DeWeerd is a graduate of UW and is employed at Amgen Inc. in Bothell, Wash.
