China’s regifting our lead

In reference to your article in Sunday’s Spokesman-Review, “China can’t get enough lead”:

If they would use locally what we send them, they would have plenty. Instead, they use it to coat children’s toys for the United States. Just another example of the shafta from NAFTA.
