The marriage of Darcy Waybright and Daniel Nord was celebrated in an Aug. 11 ceremony at the home of the groom’s parents on Waitts Lake in Valley, Wash.

Ron and Becky Waybright, Mead, are parents of the bride. The groom is the son of Delbert and Deralynn Nord, Spokane.

A reception was held at the wedding site. The couple are living in Spokane after a honeymoon in the Olympic National Park.

The bride graduated from the University of Idaho and is a band director for the Rosalia School District. A graduate of Eastern Washington University, the groom is a band director at Lakeside High School.
