Mets 3, Rockies 1: At Denver, Mike Pelfrey carried a shutout into the sixth inning, Carlos Beltran hit a two-run homer and the Mets beat Colorado to wrap up a winning road trip under interim manager Jerry Manuel. Pelfrey allowed only three hits and five walks over 5 2/3 innings to record his second straight win.
