Senior meals
For the week of March 10-14
Monday – Veal with sour cream sauce over pasta, vegetables, sliced summer squash, sourdough bread, tapioca pudding with Mandarin oranges.
Tuesday – Spaghetti with meat sauce, corn, French bread, banana half.
Wednesday – Chicken patty with lettuce, tomato, cheese and mayonnaise on a bun, carrot raisin salad, coleslaw, apricots.
Thursday – Roast beef with gravy, mashed potatoes, vegetables, whole wheat roll, cherry crisp.
Friday – Vegetarian chili, baked potato with sour cream and cheese, vegetables, whole wheat bread, peaches.
