Denise Carnes exchanged wedding vows with Jeremy Cowperthwaite in a Feb. 29 ceremony at the Greenbriar Inn in Coeur d’Alene.

The bride is the daughter of Iris Carnes, Spokane, and Robert and Karen Carnes, Nashville, Tenn. Danny and Susan Cowperthwaite, Athol, are the parents of the groom.

A reception was held at the wedding site. The couple are living in Athol after a honeymoon in Montana.

A graduate of Interface Computer School, the bride works as an administrative assistant at Inland Northwest Health Services. The groom is a graduate of North Idaho College and is a field technician in Post Falls.
