Watson-Ottosen

Breanne Ottosen, Cheney, and Christopher Watson, Spokane Valley, plan to marry May 24.

Ottosen is the daughter of Kevin and Gayle Ottosen, Fairfield. Watson is the son of Mark and Mary Watson. Lynden, Wash.

A graduate of Eastern Washington University, Ottosen works in sales at Cheney PC and Photo. Watson, also a graduate of EWU, is a security officer for Securitas Security Services in Spokane Valley.

Minor-Shipley

Kristen Shipley and Ryan Minor, both of Greensboro, N.C., plan to marry May 31.

Toni Shipley, and Tony and Susan Shipley, all of Kingsport, Tenn., are parents of the bride-to-be. The groom-to-be is the son of Jim and Vicki Codd, Jody Minor, all of Spokane, and the late Terri Minor.

Shipley, a graduate of Mars Hill College in Mars Hill, N.C., and East Tennessee State University, is a physical therapist. Also graduate of Mars Hill College, Minor works in business travel at American Express.

Robbins-Halsey

Nichole Halsey and Jeffery Robbins, both of Colorado Springs, plan to marry July 31.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Edward Halsey, Louisa, Va., and Patricia Frost, Wadesboro, N.C. John and Barbara Robbins, Spokane Valley, are the parents of the groom-to-be.

A graduate of the University of Boston, Halsey is a captain in the Army. The groom-to-be, who graduated from the University of Idaho, is a resigned captain in the Army.

White-Heidt

Jennifer Heidt and Ryan White, both of Boise, plan to marry Aug. 16.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Lance and Mary Curtis, Boise, and the late Daniel Heidt. Michael and Debbie White, and Elaine and Duane Harris, all of Coeur d’Alene, are the parents of the groom-to-be.

A graduate of Willamette University, Heidt is a law student at the University of Washington. White is a graduate of the University of Idaho and works as a finance director for Jim Risch for US Senate in Boise.
