No smoking allowed at pipe convention

ST. CHARLES, Ill. – There will be no indoor smoking at this weekend’s Chicagoland International Pipe & Tobacciana Show. The event draws 4,000 pipe collectors. Organizers failed to get around a new smoking ban by arguing their gathering was a private club meeting.
