S.O.S Open-Air Experience and Eco-Show - The first annual Save Our Shire Open-Air Experience and Eco-Show will be hosted by Oasis Productions Organics and The Fresh Idea Farm on 592 acres of Schierman ground, six miles southwest of St. John. Gates open Thursday at 9 a.m. and will be open until Monday late departure. Fleur De Lis Vintage and Antique Show - 15 vendors selling shabby chic, vintage furniture, primitives, quilts, linens, garden items and whatnots. Spring Mother’s Day Ride - Presented by the Kootenai County Sheriff’s Mounted Posse. Bring your mom, your horses and the whole family to the ride. Proceeds benefit the posse’s search and rescue activities as well as other duties. Farragut State Park charges $4 per vehicle to enter the park, and the ride costs $15 per person. Bring a lunch.
