Spotlight on youth lacrosse

Spokane Youth Lacrosse is inviting people to experience the sport with an all-day lacrosse jamboree at Gonzaga Prep on Saturday.

There are 10 youth boys games scheduled starting at 9 a.m. and involving teams from Spokane, Coeur d’Alene, Sandpoint, Tri-Cities and Wenatchee. The last game is scheduled to start at 7 p.m.

There will be a girls high school lacrosse exhibition game at noon.

Admission is free and there will be concessions.
