Cindy Kiser exchanged wedding vows with Brent Oenning in a Jan. 5 ceremony at Orange Tree Golf Resort in Scottsdale, Ariz.

The bride is the daughter of Richard and Sharon Pipal, Tempe, Ariz. The groom is the son of Richard and Jeanette Oenning, Spokane.

A reception was held at the wedding site. The couple are living in Scottsdale after a honeymoon on Kauai, Hawaii.

The bride is a graduate of the University of Nebraska, and works as a demand manager for The Dial Corp. in Scottsdale. The groom, a graduate of Washington State University and Gonzaga University School of Law, is an attorney at Ridenour, Hienton, Kelhoffer and Lewis, PLLC in Phoenix.
