“Alexander, Who’s Not Not Not Not Not Not Going to Move” – Spokane Children’s Theatre, Sunday-Monday, 6-9 p.m., in the Lair Auditorium at Spokane Community College, 1810 N. Greene St. Participants should prepare a one-minute song, with sheet music, and wear comfortable clothing for basic dance, movement and improvisation. “The Women of Lockerbie” – Spokane Civic Theatre, Monday-Tuesday, 6:30 p.m., 1020 N. Howard St. Needed: four women between the ages of 40-70, and two men ages 40-60. American and Cultural Folk Dance Instruction – Offered by Silver Spurs Folk Dancers, for ages 9-18. Classes are Tuesdays, 6:30-8 p.m. for grades 3-6; Tuesdays, 6:30-8:30 p.m. and Saturdays, 9:30-11:30 a.m. for grades 7-12, at the Woman’s Club of Spokane, 1428 W. Ninth Ave. Participants should wear comfortable, layered clothing and shoes. Class members will dance at First Night Spokane, Dec. 31. Northwest Museum of Arts and Culture – Seeking tour guides to assist with the Campbell House Holidays program, and for museum art docents for the upcoming Family MacFest Saturdays; requirements include enjoyment working with children and helping with simple hands-on art projects. Spokane Arts Commission – The City of Spokane is seeking to fill four positions on the Spokane Arts Commission, a 16-member volunteer advisory board. Applicants must Spokane residents, and be able to participate in board meetings the fourth Tuesday of each month at 4:30 p.m. Applications will be accepted through Monday, and are available at the mayor’s office on the fifth floor of Spokane City Hall, 808 W.
