Another big week has eight films opening. Of them, “An American Carol” wasn’t screened for critics, and reviews of “Beverly Hills Chihuahua” didn’t move before press deadline. A sneak preview of “The Express,” which stars Rob Brown as Syracuse University football player Ernie Davis, will play at 7 p.m. Saturday at AMC’s River Park Square Theatres.
