Dry times
Documentary filmmaker Jim Thebaut will present two films on the global water crisis this week at Gonzaga University. “Running Dry” (2005) will screen at 7:30 p.m. Monday at GU’s Martin Centre, and “The American Southwest: Are We Running Dry?” (2008) will screen at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at the same venue. Thebaut will conduct Q&A sessions for each screening, which are free and open to the public. For information, call (509) 313-6504.
