Senior meals

For the week of Sept. 29-Oct. 3

Monday – Rosemary chicken over brown rice, vegetables, French bread, baked apple slices.

Tuesday – Pork roast with gravy, mashed potatoes, vegetables, rye bread, fruit cup.

Wednesday – Chicken fajitas with peppers, Spanish rice, vegetables, flour tortilla, fruit cocktail.

Thursday – Meatloaf with gravy, roasted red potatoes, carrots, breadstick, blushing pears.

Friday – Tuna noodle casserole, vegetables, wheat bread, cherry crisp.

Salad Menu (Opportunity and Hillyard locations only) Tuesday – Salmon roasted garlic, Caesar salad bowl, rye bread, fruit cup.
