Sing From the Heart – Teens – Participants will improve their vocal technique and performance skills. 2009 Moscow Art Walk Brochure – Open to artists who have officially participated in the Art Walk within the last two years. A jury panel will select one artist to receive $500 from the City of Moscow to create an original work of art for the cover of the brochure.
