DanceFest features local performers

Spokane’s fifth annual DanceFest, a free festival celebrating National Dance Week, will run Saturday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. at Spokane Community College.

Performers of all ages and styles from throughout the Northwest will be featured. There also will be free dance classes, vendors with dance information and products, craft activities for kids and a silent auction.

The event in SCC’s Lair Building 6 closes with a DJ dance party from 6:30 to 8 p.m. For more information, see www.indaspokane.org or call (509) 927-0972.
