New faces

Thomas Drewel has been hired as a sales associate for Windermere Real Estate/City Group, LLC’s Spokane office. He previously worked for Eliasson Group in Mount Kisco, N.Y., as a consultant.

AHBL Inc. has hired Tom Reese as an associate principal for the firm’s Spokane office. He previously served as principal of The Reese Group, LLC and has extensive urban planning and landscape design experience. He holds a bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture from California Polytechnic State University and a master’s degree in organizational leadership from Gonzaga University.

Keith Connolly has been hired by Numerica Credit Union as assistant vice president of branch administration and sales. He has nine years of financial industry management experience. He is a graduate of Boise State University and is a certified credit union executive, financial services professional and lending specialist.

Providence Holy Family Hospital has hired Dr. Tracy Berg in the practice of general and vascular surgery. She is a graduate of the University of Maryland, where she also completed her residency, and is certified by the American Board of Surgery.

Jennifer Kean has been hired as director of corporate finance for Blue Water Technologies Inc. She previously worked as treasurer of Coeur d’Alene Mines and as director of corporate finance for Sony Pictures Entertainment. She holds a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Southern California and has more than 13 years of corporate finance and strategic consulting experience.

Northwest MedStar has hired Laura Kripinski as a registered nurse and Michelle Rogers as a registered respiratory therapist for the company’s flight crew.

Eileen Walker has been hired as manager of healthcare quality for Cancer Care Northwest. She previously worked for Cascade Dental Care, PLLC and has 20 years of health care and insurance management experience as well as 15 years of nursing experience. She holds a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Carroll College and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of St. Thomas.

Promotions

Desautel Hege Communications has promoted Kristen Paul from account coordinator to account executive. She holds a bachelor’s degree in public relations with a minor in political science and a concentration in entrepreneurial leadership from Gonzaga University. She has been with the company since 2007.

Mike Keenan has passed the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design accredited professional exam. He works as senior project manager for Meridian Construction Inc.

The Idaho State Bar has elected B. Newel Squyres as president. Squyres serves as a senior litigation partner for Holland and Hart LLP at the law firm’s Boise office.
