In brief: Dodgeball registration open

Registration for adult co-ed and men’s spring dodgeball leagues are now open.

Participants must be at least 16 years old and each team will play a six match season plus a postseason double-elimination tournament. Teams will play six on six. Games will begin on March 12 and will be played on Thursday evenings.

The fee is $250 per team.

Registration will be accepted through Feb. 20.

Chamber hosting workshop

The Post Falls Chamber of Commerce will host “The Economy Starts Here!” on Feb. 25, from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. at the Post Falls American Legion Hall, 1138 E. Poleline Ave.

Pat McGaughey will share marketing strategies when “money is tight.”

Tickets are $39 per person and includes a continental breakfast. Seating is limited.
