Senior meals

For the week of Jan. 12-16

Monday – Beef tips with peppers over rice pilaf, vegetables, potato roll, cinnamon-raisin applesauce.

Tuesday – Creamed turkey with peas and carrots over biscuits, parslied cauliflower, fruit cocktail, gingerbread with whipped topping.

Wednesday – Meatloaf with gravy, mashed potatoes, chuck wagon corn, sourdough bread, Mandarin oranges.

Thursday – Chicken and wild rice casserole, tomatoes and zucchini, peas, wheat bread, apricots.

Friday – Swiss steak with gravy, au gratin potatoes, vegetables, rye bread, cherry cobbler.

Salad Menu (Opportunity and Hillyard locations only) Tuesday – Italian pasta salad, fruit cocktail, gingerbread with whipped topping.
