Senior meals

For the week of June 15-19

Monday – Option 1: Chicken and dumplings, broccoli, fresh fruit, dinner roll, gingerbread with topping. Option 2: Tuna-salad sandwich, vegetable soup, fresh fruit, gingerbread with topping.

Tuesday – 1: Pot roast, roasted vegetables, green beans almondine, dinner roll, cake. 2: Hamburger on a bun with lettuce and tomato, green beans almondine, cake.

Wednesday – 1: Chicken chasseur, calico rice, broccoli-cauliflower blend, breadstick, ambrosia deluxe. 2: Chicken salad wrap, lettuce and tomato with boiled egg, broccoli-cauliflower blend, breadstick, ambrosia deluxe.

Thursday – 1: Enchilada casserole, refried beans, Spanish rice, salad with dressing, peaches. 2: Chef salad, breadstick, peaches.

Friday – 1: Fish fillet with dill sauce, potatoes O’Brien, zucchini, perfection salad, dinner roll, chocolate pudding. 2: Chicken nuggets with sauce, potatoes O’Brien, zucchini, dinner roll, chocolate pudding.
