On the West Plains and the Palouse, wind gusts will reach 35 mph. Expect a high around 40 degrees and strong winds from the southwest. Isolated snow showers possible. Overnight lows in the low 20s. Sunday will be cloudy and localized heavy snow bands are possible even in the lower elevations – some accumulation expected especially at night, when the temperatures is the lowest.
