Senior meals

For the week of March 9-13

Monday – Option 1: Chicken with dumplings, parslied potatoes, broccoli, dinner roll, ginger bread with whipped topping. Option 2. Tuna salad sandwich, vegetable soup, gingerbread with whipped topping.

Tuesday – 1. Pork roast, roasted vegetables, perfection salad, cake, dinner roll. 2. Chicken wrap with lettuce, perfection salad, cake.

Wednesday – 1. Chicken marsala with fettuccine, vegetables, fruit cocktail, breadstick. 2. Hamburger patty, bun, lettuce, tomato, vegetables, fruit cocktail.

Thursday – 1. Enchilada casserole, refried beans, Spanish rice, green salad, peaches. 2. Chef salad, peaches.

Friday – 1. Fish fillet, calico rice, green beans, grilled zucchini, dinner roll, chocolate pudding. 2. Chicken nuggets, calico rice, green beans, grilled zucchini, dinner roll, chocolate pudding.
