That’s not how the twit Twits
Someone hacked into Britney Spears’ Twitter and MySpace accounts and posted messages “from” the 27-year-old pop star claiming she worshiped the devil.
The handful of unusual posts was deleted after Spears’ management regained control of the account.
Her Twitter feed boasts more than 3.7 million followers and is updated by Spears and her “team.”
A message Thursday apologized for “any offense the hacker’s messages caused.”
Spears’ MySpace account also was taken over.
Hacked messages have gone out from her Twitter account before.
Crash landing
Former heavyweight boxing champion Mike Tyson and a photographer are both being investigated for misdemeanor battery after an airport scuffle that injured the paparazzo.
Tyson and Tony Echeverria made citizens’ arrests of each other after the confrontation Wednesday at Los Angeles International Airport.
Echeverria fell to the ground and was treated for a cut to his forehead at a hospital.
Down for the count
ABC’s cancellation of the Wednesday night comedy “Hank” makes it two failures in three years for Kelsey Grammer.
Grammer, a multiple Emmy winner as the star of “Frasier,” also saw his Fox series “Back to You” with Patricia Heaton given the boot in the spring of 2008.
Heaton’s new sitcom “The Middle,” which followed “Hank,” has been picked up for a full season.
