Lanes restricted tonight on I-90 in Spokane

Work to repair Interstate 90 continues tonight at 7 o’clock with lane closures in the downtown area until 6 a.m. Wednesday. Both eastbound and westbound traffic will be reduced to one lane from U.S. Highway 195 to Sherman Avenue. In addition the U.S. Highway 2 eastbound on-ramp will be reduced to one lane, and the southbound on-ramp to U.S. 195 may be reduced in width. The work is part of a project that started last summer to repair ruts in the pavement, officials said.
