Spokane City Forum Luncheon – Reservations are due by 4 p.m. today. Included is a panel discussion moderated by Greater Spokane Inc. COO Jeff Severs; panel will feature Brian Pitcher, chancellor for WSU Spokane, who will discuss the importance of the U-District and its continued growth, Wednesday from 11:45 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Spokane First Presbyterian Church, 318 S.
