Senior meals

For the week of Sept. 28-Oct. 2

Monday – Option 1: Chicken and dumplings, broccoli, fresh fruit, dinner roll, gingerbread with topping. Option 2: Tuna salad sandwich, vegetable soup, fresh fruit, gingerbread with topping.

Tuesday – 1: Pot roast, roasted vegetables, green beans almondine, dinner roll, cake. 2: Hamburger on a bun with lettuce and tomato, green beans almondine, cake.

Wednesday – 1: Chicken chasseur, calico rice, broccoli/cauliflower blend, breadstick, ambrosia deluxe. 2: Chicken salad wrap, lettuce, tomato and boiled egg, broccoli/cauliflower blend, ambrosia deluxe.

Thursday – 1: Macaroni and cheese, herbed green beans, stewed tomatoes, French bread, fruit. 2: Chicken Caesar salad, French bread, fruit.

Friday – 1: Butter beans with ham, spinach, cornbread, vegetable salad, fruit. 2: Chicken breast sandwich on a bun with lettuce and tomato, spinach, fruit.
