And now, h-e-e-re’s Sarah!
Jay Leno will be reclaiming “The Tonight Show” with help from Sarah Palin, Lindsey Vonn and Jamie Foxx.
They will be among Leno’s guests next week when he returns as host of NBC’s late-night show.
Foxx, Olympic skier Vonn and musical guest Brad Paisley will appear Monday.
Palin is scheduled for Tuesday, along with Olympic snowboarder Shaun White.
Other guests set for the week include Olympic champion speed skater Apolo Anton Ohno, musician Avril Lavigne and actors Morgan Freeman and Matthew McConaughey.
A ratings bump?
Bristol Palin, whose unplanned pregnancy became a national news story that engulfed her mother’s vice presidential campaign in 2008, is bringing her experience as a teen mom to bear on the small screen.
The oldest daughter of Sarah Palin will play herself on an upcoming episode of ABC Family’s “The Secret Life of the American Teenager,” about a teenager who becomes pregnant.
“Bristol Palin is the most famous teenage mother in America,” said executive producer Brenda Hampton.
“We’re thrilled to have her join us, and I think she will bring additional attention to the issues facing teen parents that we’ve been exploring for a couple of seasons now.”
The hair apparent
Alexa Ray Joel will show what she’s learned from her parents when she becomes Prell shampoo’s new spokeswoman.
Not only will she fill the same role her mother,
Christie Brinkley,
did for the company in 1986, but her music, influenced by dad Billy Joel, will serve as the campaign’s soundtrack.
