Police ask for help locating missing boy

An 11-year-old Spokane boy is missing and police are asking for help locating him. Kaelan Shea was last seen about 8 a.m. Monday. Spokane police said he was wearing a fluorescent green hat with purple and brown stripes, a black coat, hooded sweatshirt and black pants. Anyone who has seen the boy is asked to contact Spokane police.
