CHILLIWACK, B.C. — The Spokane Chiefs scored two power-play goals in the first and cruised from there in a 4-1 win over the Chilliwack Bruins in Western Hockey League play Wednesday.
Tyler Johnson and Jared Cowen scored with the man advantage in the first for Spokane (28-18-4), before Kyle Beach and Mitch Wahl made it 4-0 after two.
Alexander Wiklund had the only goal for Chilliwack (23-23-6) early in the third.
James Reid was forced to make just 15 saves to pick up the win.
Braden Gamble allowed all four goals at the other end.
