Two and a half weeks locked up?
He once faced a felony rap, but it’s beginning to look like Charlie Sheen may only spend a couple more weeks in jail.
Sheen, arrested on Christmas Day for allegedly threatening his wife at knifepoint, has cut a deal to plead no contest to third-degree assault and receive a 30-day sentence, according to celebrity website TMZ.
With time already served, he could spend just 17 more days behind bars.
Sheen, who recently signed up for two more seasons with CBS’ “Two and a Half Men,” is due back in court Monday.
Celine hits daily double
Celine Dion’s struggle to have another child has more than paid off: She’s pregnant with two.
The 42-year-old Canadian songstress, who underwent several rounds of in-vitro fertilization, is 14 weeks pregnant with twins, her rep confirmed.
Dion returns to Las Vegas next year for a three-year residency at Caesars Palace.

And former Beatle Paul McCartney, who long ago became Sir Paul, received the Library of Congress’ Gershwin Prize for Popular Song from President Barack Obama at an all-star White House concert.
The gig, featuring the Jonas Brothers, Faith Hill, Stevie Wonder, Jerry Seinfeld, Emmylou Harris, Elvis Costello, Jack White, Dave Grohl and McCartney himself, will be broadcast July 28 on PBS.
