Power out near Rathdrum, Spirit Lake

Kootenai Electric Cooperative reported this morning that power has been put out to about 850 customers north of Rathdrum and at Spirit Lake. The outage occurred at 9 a.m. The cause was not immediately known. Crews were headed to the area to locate and repair the problem.
